Best benefits package of any company

ProsThe benefits & the rewarding work that we do. Also, in my department opportunity for advancement is rather quick .

ConsTime off isn't always easy to come by, we are underpaid, and there is favoritism.

Advice to Senior ManagementRotating weekends like back in the old days should be reinstated.
