Good people with culture supportive of individual paths for personal and career growth. Great opportunity to learn core analytical business processes: Problem solving, decision making and project management

Cons

Strategic focus changes every few years. International infrastructure difficult to support with constantly fluctuating revenue.

    Pros

    Incredible Processes and Training Programs. Strong and small Team of Partners who encourage Employee involvement and Collaboration to grow new areas of expertise.

    Cons

    Struggled to branch into the consulting world.
    Very ambitious before the economy crashed leaving many unemployed.
    Small firm thus lacking the ability to handle the economic and financial challenges presented in 2008.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on core competencies of Training and Development. Collaborate more with consultancies who offer expertise outside Kepner-Tregoe's. Don't try to branch into the consultancy assignments without a core group of companies again!
