    I worked at Kettering University full-time for more than 10 years

    Great working with the students

    Cons

    It is a Private University, so any increased funding (tuition) is not used for salaries. Have laid off in both 2010 and 2012

    Pros

    Consistent hours, easy to get substitutes if you know you can't make your shift, flexible if you are very sick and can't make your shift.

    Cons

    Don't always get enough hours or the hours I want.
