I have been working at Keurig Green Mountain full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Benefits, which include paid time off to volunteer, low premiums for medical coverage, employee stock purchase plan, on-site training classes; pay is average.

Cons

Very reactive environment, with top-down decision making. Company has become too corporate and has lost it's small-town charm.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Trust lower-level managers to make decisions based on company policies, treat all employees with kindness and respect, production shouldn't trump morale, ever.
