Pros

Kewill is an industry leader, and an international competitor. The benefits packages are excellent. Management recognizes employees when they do well in both meetings and in quarterly updates.

Cons

There aren't really any bonus programs or equity packages. There are limited offices in the US and the information isn't shared across all divisions. Typically meetings only go over what is happening within your corner of the company. Also, there isn't a good balance of work and life. Often, management would require changes in shift on short notice due to staff shortages or issues with weather. Further, since there were staffing issues, the workload was rather large. Plus, there were several seasons that were much busier than others which impacted the time that staff was allowed to take off for vacation; however, the entire company did not follow this policy. This could result in necessary resources not being available during peak times.

Advice to Management

Information should be readily available across all divisions of the corporation.

    Please value for employee...they are not code extracting machines....

    No Job security worst managers and management. only one or two managers are good remaining all are waste, for their servival they play with the resources life. Company is not at all giving value for senior resources. before aquisation four soft feels that senior employees are asset to the company and gives more preference and value. This company not at all giving value. Now a days lot of resignations happend but higher management is not at all taking action on this. Total politics. Unless you are not in the good books of manager, even though how much talented you are, you will not be recognized even for the worth of single penny. At the same time, if you are pleasing your manager inside or outside office even if you don't work, you will be getting the appraisal. Complete partiality. Increament - Don't even think of it.

    Advice to Management

    management dont rely on managers feedback. take the feed back from resource about manager.
