I have been working at Key Risk Management Services

Pros

Management treats you like an equal and there is an open door policy. Management values it's employees and rewards good work. Great family/team environment. An insurance company that really treats its staff and it clients very well!

Cons

The benefits are good but heading towards health equity for everyone.. No parking reimbursement offered and parkin is $150-$200 a month.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what you are doing, the company is the best in its class. A great place to work, I have no intentions of ever leaving!

I worked at Key Risk Management Services full-time

    Pros

zilch, Obviously if its the best place anyone has worked, they either own the place, or are one of the micromanaging idiots there.

    Cons

I am so glad to be out, I wasted so much of my life there and will never get it back. The undue stress and so-called IT micro- management was tto much. No one to go to if there was an issue. Oh and the security is so legacy, I'm surprised the website hasn't been hacked.
