Pros – 1. Good opportunity to experience projects in which multiple departments are involved.
2. Very helpful support staff.
3. Pay at par with industry standard

Cons – 1. Advances take time so you may have to be there for sometime for a promo.
2. Systems are a bit outdated as expected from a top tier bank.

Advice to Senior Management – Be more aggressive in the corporate strategy to take market share from regional competitors. Use internal resources to make processing more efficient and quicker.
