KeyLogic is a relatively good employer, but needs work if it is to excel in marketplace and attract the best employees.

Engineer (Current Employee) Morgantown, WV

ProsCompany does pay attention to the balance between work & home life. There is support of activities after work. Communication from management to employees is good.

ConsEmployees do not have a voice. While communication from management to employees is good, employee suggestions are ignored and employees have no outlet. Salaries are average. Raises for employees are often 15-16 months apart; 4% raises are considered good, even while executives take home 6-10% raises.

Advice to Senior ManagementEmployees have a lot to offer. You need to provide a means for KeyLogic employees to take active part in company.
