Good product, bad company culture

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
Austin, TX

ProsGood Product
Great for a sales position right of out college
Can easily get hired elsewhere with a couple years experience
Pretty good money

Upper management just does not listen
Company culture sucks and is very boring
Depending on what boss you have it can either be cool or a living hell
Will find yourself saying "we don't have that" alot
The company has hardly any trust for its salespeople

Advice to Senior ManagementJust take heed to what your employees are saying. Try to listen and take it to concern. Also they whole promotion system for mid to upper management is very bad.

Turnover is high when economy is good, or very bad, but… Advice to Senior Management: Keep up the good work! Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
