    I worked at Keynote Systems

    Pros

Superior customers - some of the best brands in technology
    Great team mates
    Interesting, leading edge technologies
Compensation OK but don't plan to sleep - workload is astounding

    Cons

    Can you say "Oligarchy"?
Some management opinions can be changed with market facts (like Umang) others, not so much
There is obvious infighting within "E staff", requiring initiatives to undergo a lot of "back door" execution. This makes the staff very uncomfortable.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be strategic. Changing plans every quarter is unhelpful.
Merge the products. Disconnects and integrations are unprofitable.
Offer training and growth. There is no clarity in how to move within or among departments. Training was a first victim of the economy - make sure to bring that back to the table otherwise your teams remain unimproved.
