    Pros

Management tries to get involved with employees but they forget about third shift. They have meals for a certain amount of safety hours are reached by the employees. The company gives away a car every time the company reach one million safety hours.

    Cons

The supervisor tries to get involved in the employees they supervise personal lives. The supervisor I worked under was very involved in keeping employees against one another. The work hours are not steady, during the summer employees might work four or five days a week. The colder months includes seven days and every 28 days an off day is given.

    Advice to Management

    None
