      honest co workers, people you would gladly call your friends; minimal office politics; successful; big company with small company concern for employees; number 1in sales in the industry and lots of pride

      Cons

      slow to adopt some new. concepts; some managers need broader perspective, as home grown talent is not well rounded with a variety of experience

      Early days when line is working smoothly.

      Cons

      Work can be 5 days a week or 3 days a week with one week off a month. Depends on industry demand.
