Current Employee – been working at Keystone RV

Pros – honest co workers, people you would gladly call your friends; minimal office politics; successful; big company with small company concern for employees; number 1in sales in the industry and lots of pride

Cons – slow to adopt some new. concepts; some managers need broader perspective, as home grown talent is not well rounded with a variety of experience

Advice to Senior Management – stretch managers and employees vision and imagination by bringing in outside influences either as new employees or as training and seminar opportunities; company is very insular and thinking is unimaginative in some respects
