Kforce Senior Technical Recruiter: (Current Employee)

Pros

Beneifts are good. Building is very nice. People are great to work for. Colleagues become friends.

Cons

Compensation is not good for NRC Employees, location is in a bad area, and you are pushed to put in long hours without the recognition for it.

Advice to Senior Management

Fix comepnsation plan for NRC employees. It is spoken about a lot, but compared to the rest of the firm these employees do not make their fair share for what they bring in.
