Pros

They have invested a lot of money into our technology and our training programs. The processes they have in place are incredible and are backed by years of experience. I've done a lot of research and they have one of the highest comp plans around and they have a pretty good benefit package. A lot of people have worked here for years...that has to say something!

Cons

You have to put in a lot of hours....
It's a very competetive environment. There is an almost cutthroat feeling between some offices.

Advice to Senior Management

Make everyone live by the core values of the company. I love our core values and want to work for a company that enforces those.
