If you are getting started with your career in recruiting, it's a good place to get your feet wet. They will teach you the basics of not being afraid of the phones and plan your day to be successful.
Cons
The high turnover. The Chicago office hasn't been successful in some time, despite the economy. It is one of the most underperforming offices in all of KForce. It's every person for themselves and no sense of team whatsoever.
Advice to Senior Management
Recruiting is about relationships. How do you expect to forge relationships when the average stay time of someone in the office is around 6 months.
