Preferred vendor of many clients. If you work with them, it's possible to get more rate by avoiding the middle vendors. They take care of the things in black and white. Good policy so far.

Cons

They are still vendor. So if project at client site ends, you may have to move at different location.

Advice to Senior Management

Upper management is not visible to the consultants. It is good to know who is my supervisor's supervisor.
