Kforce – “Good place”
Pros
It's a nice place to work. It's not perfect, but what job is? They don't micromanage you, you work your own desk, the pay is industry standard, and you get about 3 weeks vacation in the first year.
Cons
It can get a bit tedious and boring. It's tough to get into new accounts -- you're calling the same people that everyone is calling, and they get tired of hearing from you.
Advice to Senior Management
Stop letting people go (I wasn't let go, I left on my own accord). You can't expect someone to come in and blaze a fire in a recession -- it takes time to build relationships.
