Staffing opportunity in a bad market. Option to go as a full time employee or a corp to corp situation.

Cons

No future and no contact with company employees unless they are also consultants. This is a typical staff augmentation firm.

Advice to Senior Management

Group consultants together via a statement of work for a commonly grouped area and project. Individual placement without others to discuss things is not very comfortable.
