Pros

Kibble has fair compensation and, depending on the department, lots of opportunities. Their benefits are a little bit lower than average for Seattle but they have changed them several times with the USI merger.

Cons

Each department is different. Some have very high turnover, some very little.

    Great place to work!

    Pros

Great atmosphere, learning opportunities are open to anyone willing to learn. Company "perks" are great: transportation/parking paid for, quarterly company updates/parties. Communication throughout the company is clear from the top down. People are really friendly and there is a great sense of community among co-workers. They do a lot for the community, are involved in many charities, and clients are really happy with their service levels.

    Cons

My position was only an internship where there was no position for me to continue.

Exceptionally kind people, but management is overly secretive.

I worked at Kibble & Prentice full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Fantastic people, excellent reputation in the community.

    Cons

No story from management is ever the whole truth or even a version of it. The rumor mill gets going and a little transparency from management would help to shut it down, but that's not the approach that is taken.
    Very few career progression opportunities.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more open and if something can't be shared, say so instead of making up some odd story.
