Stay clear unless you can deal with ingrained nepotism.

Pros

International focus. Regular employees competent and fun to work with. Some managers are good but most are poor at best. Of course I think that much if this stems from the president.

Cons

Amazng nepotism. They keep bad employees and force good ones out. Make sure that you do not speak your mind. Management prefers a good perception and facade rather than dealing win truth.

Advice to Management

Professionalize the last components that néed to be done. Support your employees and provide for succession planning and training.

    Pros

We continue to grow year after year so it's stable employment-not like those big companies. A lot of new people, Managers & Executive so everyone is going thru a lot of change. I'm really surprise by some of the other reviews, maybe it wasn't a good fit for them. Good benefits and perks. I think people are great!!!!

    Cons

A lot of processes and procedures still need to get into place for things to run smoothly. A lot of new people and everyone has an opinion. I'd like to be able to work from home sometimes.

    Advice to Management

A couple of new Executives so settle on a direction/vision and work together

    Pros

Pay is OK, benefits are lacking, union is worthless!

    Cons

Not worth the abuse. The culture is toxic!

    Advice to Management

Read and follow your own damn mission statement!
