I have been working at Kier Group full-time

    Pros

Secure job and good pay/treatment in comparison to competitors. Many different sectors and locations within the company make it easy to move. Good access to big and exciting projects.

    Cons

Management structure means it can be some time before junior staff get some autocracy. Likely to have to move every couple of years to different locations for big projects. Hours can be very long and/or unsociable.
