Pros

Great opportunity to work on projects most companies only read about. Live financially comfortable. Learn and see a lot. Its not for everyone, but if you can handle it, a lot of doors will open.

Cons

Work hard long hours. Day/night, week/weekends, holidays... it's all fair game. Whatever it takes to get the job done. Does not mean every weekend or holiday. Depends on the job. Moving is common, jobs can't always be in the same place.

Advice to Senior Management

Practice what you preach. It's nice to say you want to do something or make it better, but you should back it up.
