Advice to Senior Management

-Pick up some smaller jobs to go along with the megaprojects so that junior engineers can have a place to grow and develop.
-Switch engineers roles every 6 months to year (ie. from Earthworks to structures to D&S) so as to prevent feeling stagnant.
