Pros

K-C is a company with a large line of products and is well positioned to capitalize on most of these products. This is a company with a great work/life balance. Managers are very understanding of family needs and are more than willing to help in times of distress. Most of the people are very friendly and easy to work with. There is good collaboration between mills. There is opportunity to change careers withing K-C, however, you must take full responsibility and action for any movement. Overall, I believe K-C is a good company to work for if you are ready and willing to lay down roots in Neenah, WI.

Cons

I felt like early in my career there was little feedback which drastically changed my career progression and left me with little upward mobility. After letting me struggle for about a year, I finally received feedback of my shortcomings but by that time it was a little late. K-C is very financially risk averse. Because of this it can be difficult to push projects through, however, K-C is very willing to listen to any good idea.

Advice to Senior Management

Be more open and upfront about business direction
