Pros

KC is a fairly conservative company. So, when the economy turns south the company seems to hold steady. In addition, I've had various opportunities to further my career within the company.

Cons

The downside is actually the same thing I listed as a best reason to work for KC! KC's conservative nature tends to be a negative in regards to timeliness in making necessary changes to keep up with the market and in keeping up with technology. The lack of competence in IT is a real thorn in my side!!

Advice to Senior Management

I would like to see better business plans and direction for all corporate sectors. Why do we keep reorganizing the layers below management, instead of focusing on the management layer??
