I have been working at Kimberly-Clark full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Some flexibility with hours for salaried employees

    Cons

Long days/weeks; under -appreciated; zero confidence in mill management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There is zero confidence in the mill management. Attitudes of the workers and salaried folks are going downhill fast. If it is not addressed seriously soon, I see this mill being closed within 10 years.

    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
