Pros

The pay and work environmental flexibility.

Cons

Roswell is very political (like most places) and the GBP has killed moral of most everyone I meet, except for the new guys becuase we haven't experienced its wonder yet.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to the feedback of your employers.
