Cons
The Performance Management system is brutal both as a team member and as a team leader. No room for failure as a team member, and no leeway for managers to give team members a second chance.
Advice to Senior Management
The categories K-C is in are not growing and there's no clear plan from our leadership about what new categories we plan to enter to grow the business. This isn't a long term sustainable growth strategy.
