    Pros

There are many good and conscientious people in the upper management who support diversity. Competitive compensation and benefits package. Great gym and wellness facility (in the Roswell, GA area).

    Cons

Because it is a public company, it is always under pressure to show good performance now! Employee performance review deemed by many as not producing better performing employees.

Current Employee - Engineering Co-Op in Beech Island, SC

I have been working at Kimberly-Clark (more than an year)

    Pros

Caring employees and everyone's willing to help. good emphasis on safety and sustainability. Rarely see business confrontations.

    Cons

workplace may seem boring and not many new hires/co-op get a lot of instruction when they first come in. Their role is a little undefined in the workplace. Seems like more meetings than productivity sometimes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

be aware of small ideas from lower employees that could lead to great success, take more time into improving the liveliness of the workplace atmosphere - innovate ways to make people want to come to work everyday. Start hiring more new talent with fresh ideas.
