Great people, great pay, great benefits not just traditional ones either (example summer hours and flex work). Management seems to have an ear open and has been making great progress in improving the work-life balance.

Sometimes can be restricive on things you need to get the job done.

I have been working at Kimberly-Clark full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Good wage. Benefits were good. Eroded the last ten years.

    Cons

I have been through facility sales and closures. Do not believe a word they say. Will change tomorrow. Company is always tripping over dollars to pick up a penny. Management is very disconnected with what is going on on the "floor" of the manufacturing process.
