I worked at Kimberly-Clark as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

The culture was great and the company seemed to be very well organized. I also really liked the other employees as they were very helpful so I got to bring a lot away from my experience there.

    Cons

Usually not much going on in Neenah and the company seemed to be going downhill from what I heard from other employees.

I have been working at Kimberly-Clark full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Great opportunities to grow in a supportive environment! Kimberly-Clark is doing a lot with diversity and inclusion and recently won a Catalyst award as well. Great overall working environment which is friendly and challenging. New ideas and innovation are greatly appreciated! I often rearrange my schedule to accommodate my family which has been well supported by management. There are opportunities to become involved with a number of things including employee resource groups and cross-functional projects.

    Cons

Things can get a little bureaucratic at times - pretty common with larger companies I believe.
