The people not in management are a good group. they try to do what is right but it is an uphill battle aginst management.

Cons

Management is too focused on preserving their position by not questioning leadership. The result is lots of activity that is not tied to the real world.

Advice to Senior Management

Let the workers get back to working on what they know is important. Give them guidance on the big picture but do not micromanage on how they accomplish their jobs.
