I worked at Kimberly-Clark

Pros

Friendly, helpful co-workers. Engineers and technicians treat each other with respect. Communication between people are good. People here are really nice!

Cons

Seems like end of doing the same things with photo eyes, PLCs, inserting new modules into machines. Don't like the city Paris, small and has nothing to do.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Leaders seem ok.

No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Kimberly-Clark

    Pros

Kimberly Clark used to be "the" place to work, but with all the cuts over the last few years, morale has really gone down hill.

    Cons

Upper management is all about the numbers, showing no concern as to the way the employees feel

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Go back to the way things used to be 20 years ago.....there was a little compassion shown by upper management

    I worked at Kimberly-Clark

    Pros

Great people to work with. The work culture of K-C is very good, relaxed, people treat each other with respect. There is good chance for growth. Mid west has the best people

    Cons

I worked at Neenah, it has less exposure to outside opportunities. Still the culture is very conservative. People can work a little more. The management strategic plan did not work well for outsourcing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The strategic plan for outsourcing has to be reconsidered. Management should train employees more and try to see how to work with Matrix organization.
