Pros

You will learn a lot and most people are pleasing to work with.

Cons

They implement a "Utilization (UT) ranking to determine your efficiency, which makes no sense! Also, If there is "no work" for an employee in her/his particular office, be EXPECTED to transfer to another of the 59 locations in the country, for an undermined time...They will tell you that the transfer would be for "a few days..." But I've know people that have transfer for almost a year!!! Really hard to try to have a family and work here.

    Competitive salary and benefits. Knowledgeable staff. High profile clients. Great job satisfaction. Open career paths. Good personal goal/reward scenarios.

    Cons

    Long hours compared to similar firms. Limited internal education opportunities. Mandatory utilization requirements. Strict time-off policy. Too much management and overhead.

    Advice to Management

    Flatten the hierarchical management structure.

    Pros

    Great Profit Sharing Plan. Good training opportunities.

    Cons

    Lots of focus on billable hours, hard to advance. Laid off a lot of people during recession to stay profitable. Lots of hours.
