Pros

Opportunity to work with a lot of smart people, plenty of chances for professional development, casual office environment, outstanding benefits

Cons

Absolutely must be proactive and self-motivated to succeed here, UT standards can lead to long hours spent in the office, lots of work expected for one individual

    Less than satisfying with little appreciation for doing your personal best on each job. Management not available.

    The types of projects one is able to be a part of truly helps you become a better engineer

    The management is a little arrogant, as well as the senior engineers

    Listen to new recruits a little more, they may be new but they also have great ideas
