Wonderful Company with an Amazing Culture.

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsEveryone is very dedicated to putting out the best type of product. Single Profit Center means you can help out not only in your office, but in other office if needed. Open career path, rewarded for working hard. Continuous reviews with your managers. Very close knit culture, if you buy in, you will love working for and representing the company.

ConsIf you don't buy into the culture, you aren't going to enjoy this company. Saw some around me that didn't buy in, and they just didn't seem to be happy. I bought in and loved every day.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Be prepare to be slave or/and bring in money. If none of they above, prepare to withstand a lot heat from senior staff.

I worked at Kimley-Horn and Associates full-time for less than a year

Pros: If you have a lot of clients that will bring in huge profits… Cons: Absolutely no work/life balance. Very much a sink or swim type of environment. Expect no support if learning a new skill. Be expected to work… Advice to Senior Management: Lead younger staff to learn new skills. Don't neglect them… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
