I have been working at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants

Pros – they are a fast growing company so there is plenty of opportunity to advance within the company. they recognize solid performance and promote from within.

Cons – like most hotel companies, if you plan on advancing up in management, you must be willing to relocate. this can happen spontaneously so you must be prepared and flexible with it.

Advice to Senior Management – I think management does a great job in implementing a unique corporate culture. the kimpton workplace is very laid back and allows people to be themselves, rather than conform to a uniform standard.
