    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Rethink practices and understand that yes, you are here to serve the wishes of your asset management but turning over employees over and over ruins the guest experience which is most important. Look at your current staff and realize that changes are needing to be made and there are people there who, regardless of shift they work, do a great job and should be rewarded and recognized for it, not just tossed aside just because they are an hourly employee. People pick this industry since it is easy to get into but remember that there are those who are here because they like it and it is people like that who are trying to make it. Without your help, they will not, and they will just leave as I did.
