Pros: -Employee Tuition Assistance -Managers have your back -Fun environment -Flexible with scheduling -Employee discounts -Incentive… Cons: -Employees who are "grandfathered" in slip by with ease -Rude concierge that is disrespectful to guests and coworkers -Coworker with seniority rarely answering phones/does little… Advice to Senior Management: Rethink practices and understand that yes, you are here to serve the wishes of your asset management but turning over employees over and over ruins… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
