“RUN fast! Worst company ever.”
Current Employee – been working at Kindred Healthcare full-time
Pros – Salary, helping those in need.
Cons – Overworked all employees and unrealistic expectations. Bullying is the norm.
Advice to Senior Management – Go to a non-profit. Way less money but you'll have a better quality of life.
