    Pros

If you are friends with management you will succeed regardless of quality of work, experience or ability.

    Cons

Continual increases in job responsibilities/expectations without compensation.
Management will try to silence you and ask you not to talk about your problems or issues.
Poor technological tools and improper implementation that will make your job more challenging.
Will pay you the least amount possible and will not give you raises/promotions.
Will ask you to work on holidays and weekends.
You may be demoted or have your job eliminated at any time without notice or reason.
    Lack of support from management.
Training program is terrible and will not prepare you to do your job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide equal opportunities for all employees to grow with the organization and do not silence your employees.
