I have been working at King Kullen Grocery

Pros – Highest standards in the regional industry.
Very demanding but also very rewarding for people persons.
Still run as a family owned business so corporate decisions make sense.
Senior management is intimately involved in decision making.
Goals set are not unattainable.

Cons – Not much in the way of positive reinforcement.
Not a lot of autonomy in the way the stores are run.
