There are no project managers for capital projects other than corporate projects. The organizational structure is very formal and suggestions or comments from mid-level managers is not solicited or wanted. The team concept is non-existent.

Develop a method to manage project at the capital level in manufacturing. Put in place teams to investigate definiciencies or new technologies.
