Although King has been around for years, it is still largely an up-and-coming company. Most employees have only been there a few years so there is ample room for advancement.

Cons

Recent loss of a flagship drug means that there is instability in what the future will bring.

Advice to Senior Management

Try to streamline mandatory training. The fact that it's online is great, but I'd like to think that more could be done to make it less painful.
