The people and the freedom to grow your business. The company is amenable to change and is open to hearing feedback from employees. Most of the managers are not micromanagers. Many really help develop employees and support them and represent them to corporate.

Cons

The products are not in high demand and not developed internally. The compensation should be more generous, especially in light of the profit margins of some of the products.

Advice to Senior Management

Empower your employees through motivation, praise, recognition, and rewards. These rewards should be given on a regular basis and not just quarterly or once a year.
