    Pros

    Most managers have worked your job, they have to work in each section to get to know the job & the people. The pay is good, better for stockers

    Cons

    Long hours on your feet. You get called to come in on your days off. Dealing with surly people - both employees & customers. Getting seriously injured at work - broken bones, torn rotator cuffs, back strains; gets you shafted. If the doctor wants you to avoid some activies, they will sort of "try" & pressure you to ignore the doc. The union is too weak.

    Advice to Management

    Be more sympathetic to the seriously injured & allow them time to heal. Stop treating them like they injured themselves on purpose.
