I worked at Kitchen Collection

Pros – Very structured, diagrams and outlines galore, etc. Very easy to follow requirements and store expectations. Lots of different work schedules as well as they are flexible with school and family life. The managers receive lots of training. Customer service is high on their list which can also be a con if you don't prefer direct contact with customers.

Cons – Long work days, early mornings on truck delivery days, inexperienced sales people, often young. There is also very little creativity options since the corporate headquarters require the stores to all look and perform the same.
