Kloeckner/ Namasco Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Kloeckner/ Namasco full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Location and office cleanliness. Core group of people (all levels of staff) are working very hard to make the company better after major acquisition. Advancing in corporate policies as the company grows.

Cons – Employees who complain about how busy and overworked they are in this job market.
The want it all, but it should be "given" to them as if the company should be overjoyed- just with their presence... EARN it.
Some political turmoil- seems to be working itself out now.
Pay seems better at other companies, but the compensation here far outweighs the paychecks.
Work life balance is hard right now, but I could blame myself for this too.

Advice to Senior Management – Switch to PTO versus actual vacation days and increase the # of days by 4-5, this will give those who are never calling in sick to a reward versus those who continue to use manager managed "sick" days as a crutch and put their supervisors in a pickle and in a potential legal spot.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
