Pros – Brakes are clearly given
steady pay
Not very busy
employee discount
Flexible hours
great sales experience
management hands off - mostly

Cons – Low pay
co-workers complain too much
Departments often get merged making inventory hard to find
Hours start out full-time then whittle down!

Advice to Senior Management – Higher wages for workers, make inventory easier to manage and perhaps some health benefits for full-timers that get cut down to 30 hours a week.
