    Pros

The leads are kind, understanding, and hard working. HR seems to be willing to work with you. The stores are so short-staffed if you want to learn anything and everything about how the store works you can just by putting forth the effort.

    Cons

If you do your job they'll give you more work, more responsibilities, expect more from you and give you absolutely nothing in return. I worked two years as a part time lead being told to expect a raise and benefits only to find the light at the end of the tunnel was a train and found all the promises to be false. The promises are almost all false and now instead of giving raises they just call people specialists and give them more work with no real hope just a shiny sounding title.

    Advice to Management

Upper level managers like District and Regional people need to pull your heads out of your asses and not be so innately stuck up. If a customer talks to you don't cast them off like they're peasants. Furthermore don't treat any employee that isn't a store manager like a serf. You can talk to us. We aren't all idiots and shouldn't be treated like were a part of the Indian Untouchables Caste. Store Managers need to stand up for the employees. Treat the few that work with respect, give them what they deserve, and don't make promises you can't keep. Don't let corporate take your store from you. You're the manager. Don't let them make you an overpriced shock absorber whose sole duty is to listen to the endless complaints from them and the customers. You shouldn't make 80k by being a whipping boy.

    Advice to Management

Need to treat your employee's better considering that they work for you for low pay, and not chance of promotion, or respect.
